Cocoa and Komugi were playing in the Yard when a tray of Cocoa’s favorite foods appeared mystically.
This was in honor of Cocoa; the salmon slices had been shaped to form her name. The two otters eagerly began to eat, using perfect table manners.
Unfortunately, the three-tiered tray could not bear the weight of the two otters and collapsed, showering them with the food from the top plate – to their delight!
When Cocoa was a baby, her physical weakness made her father, Loutre-Dad, take extra care of her and take her everywhere. This strong bond has remained ever since, and Cocoa has grown to become the biggest otter in the Loutre family.
When the otters Odashi and Otsuyu were babies, Cocoa became their foster mom and did her best to provide them with the care they needed.
After enjoying a filling dinner and a healthy nap, both otters woke up with plenty of energy and enthusiasm to play their favorite wrestling game in the early morning.
Happy birthday, Cocoa, may you have a long and joyful life!
